Webinar: NYS Labor Law Education for the Hospitality Industry

Investigators from the New York State Department of Labor, Division of Labor Standards, will be providing an overview of both general labor law requirements and those specific to the hospitality industry. They will educate on various New York State laws they enforce such as payment of wages, overtime, paid sick leave, meal periods, record keeping, spread of hours, tips and more; and answer questions employers may have about remaining compliant with wage and hour laws in New York.
